He is also really easy to communicate as well. On the 2nd day, we had many places to go and it was far. During our activities he was with us the whole time, very willing to take care of our items and taking photographs/videos for us.

One thing which gave me a deeper impression was that we ask him to introduce a places to go to or eat, he would always have another alternative of places which was either cheaper or better. For example gokart, beach and places to eat at. For foods he even introduced to one of the places he always eat at. No tourists was seen there, a local nasi pandang store which was really affordable.

Overall, highly recommended. Definitely will engaged him in the future when going to Batam.

The assigned driver Agus is a responsible person who contacted me the day before the trip so that I could confirm the timing and pick-up location. More importantly, he could communicate well in English so he could share with us certain interesting things about Batam rather than just driving us around.

Overall, I would recommend to give them a try especially you plan to visit outlying places like Barelang Bridge where it may be difficult to hail a transport back.
