He is also really easy to communicate as well. On the 2nd day, we had many places to go and it was far. During our activities he was with us the whole time, very willing to take care of our items and taking photographs/videos for us.

One thing which gave me a deeper impression was that we ask him to introduce a places to go to or eat, he would always have another alternative of places which was either cheaper or better. For example gokart, beach and places to eat at. For foods he even introduced to one of the places he always eat at. No tourists was seen there, a local nasi pandang store which was really affordable.

Overall, highly recommended. Definitely will engaged him in the future when going to Batam.

Very punctual, easy to communicate and quite accommodative. He always have good recommendations for shopping, food etc., You can plan ahead and communicate with him ober whatsapp. I would highly recommend him whether it is your first time or going there repeatedly.
